Noel's Rolls-Royce Phantom II.

The rolling chassis, 7,668cc engine, radiator and scuttle was built by Rolls-Royce in 1930. It was sent to Windovers who built the Sedanca De Ville bodywork. The car was then exhibited at the 1930 London Motor Show at Olympia, and then at the Paris Salon later that year.

The car is 18ft long on a wheelbase of 150 inches, with an opening
roof section over the driver.
